基于物流分析的车间设备布置设计

摘要：
企业产品的生产是在车间内进行的,车间内的平面布置特别是设备布置的好坏将直接影响整个系统的物流、信息流、生产能力、生产效率、生产成本及安全。文章从物流分析的角度提出了车间设备布置设计的程序。
Abstract：The production of an enterprise product is done in the shop.The shop level layout,especially the facility one is vital to the whole system.The shop facility layout affects the material flowing,message flowing,productivity,production efficiency and safety.The article discusses the design of the facility layout from processing technical analysis and flow process analysis
