五轴加工中心在加工存在侧向轴颈的复杂零件时,刀具和零件的过切干涉和碰撞干涉经常发生,影响了加工质量。要充分发挥五轴数控加工的优势,必须设法解决这一难题。以往的经验是从编程和算法方面进行优化,该方法路径复杂、效率不高、精度较低、普适性较差。而采用新设计的角度头固定装置加工类似零件,经实证可以从结构上避免轴颈侧铣加工时产生的干涉现象,提高夹具的定位精度。该固定装置结构简单、成本低廉、满足功能需要,给企业实际加工提供了一种解决方案。
Abstract:In the machining center of five axis, when machining complex parts with lateral neck, the over cut interference and collision interference between the cutting tool and the part often occur, which affects the machining quality. To give full play to the advantages of the five axis CNC machining, we must try to solve this problem. The previous experience is optimized from the programming and algorithm, the method is complex, the efficiency is not high, the accuracy is low, and the universality is poor. And the new design of the angle head fixing device processing similar parts, the empirical research can avoid the interference phenomenon produced and improve the positioning accuracy of the fixture. The fixing device has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and satisfying function requirement, and provides a solution for the actual processing of the enterprise.
