二系空簧横向刚度对高速列车动力学性能的影响

基于动力学软件SIMPACK仿真分析了我国某高速列车二系空簧横向刚度对车辆动力学性能影响,并对二系空簧横向刚度进行了优化分析。仿真结果表明:车辆临界速度随二系空簧横向刚度增加有所增加;车辆横向稳定性、乘坐舒适性随二系空簧横向刚度增加有所恶化,垂向平稳性受其影响不大;轮轴横向力、脱轨系数、磨耗指数随二系空簧横向刚度增加变化不大,轮轨垂向力、轮重减载率随二系空簧横向刚度增加略有下降。该高速列车二系空簧横向刚度可以在0.10.2 MN/mm范围内进行选取,此时,车辆动力学性能在最优范围内。

Abstract:

The paper aims to analyze the influence of secondary air-spring lateral stiffness on dynamic performance of high-speed vehicle in China,and the optimization of secondary air-spring lateral stiffness.It could be concluded that(1) vehicle critical speed increases with the augment of secondary air-spring lateral stiffness;(2)vehicle lateral stability and riding comfort deteriorates with the augment of secondary air-spring lateral stiffness;(3) secondary air-spring lateral stiffness has less effect on vehicle vertical stability;(4) secondary air-spring lateral stiffness has less effect on lateral wheel force,derailment coefficient,wear index; and(5) wheel unloading rate and wheel/rail vertical forces decrease slightly with the augment of secondary air-spring lateral stiffness.The secondary air-spring lateral stiffness of high-speed vehicle is advised within 0.10.2 MN/mm to optimize vehicle dynamic performance.
