为了改善山区市场上自卸车重载时制动响应滞后的现象,从制动系统的控制原理方面,按控制回路的不同,设计出3种不同的制动系统控制回路,并在同一款车型上实施改装,然后分别进行制动响应试验,得出不同方案的制动响应参数。通过对制动响应曲线的对比分析,发现控制信号串联的设计方案,可以明显降低整车的制动响应时间。
Abstract:This paper discusses the overloaded dump truck on the mountain market which braking response delay,from the brake system control theory,designed several different brake system control loop,through experimental analysis of the reasons for brake response delay and find a solution.To verify the effectiveness of the program,we modified a number of products in different areas,regular tracking of the products.Verified by six months,the modified products have been recognized by the users,also verify the effectiveness of the program.The implementation process of the improved program provides ideas for reference to solve similar problems.
