基于有限元法的动臂式塔机结构系统分析

摘要:

运用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对某动臂式塔式起重机进行静态结构分析。在ANSYS中建立动臂式塔式起重机金属结构有限元模型,根据指定计算工况和相关设计规范计算载荷组合并加载计算,通过分析起重机金属结构的静强度和静刚度等特性,得出如下结论:在指定计算工况下,塔式起重机金属结构各部位中绝大部分杆件所受工作应力值均小于结构材料许用应力值,其整机及各部件杆件的静刚度值均小于结构许用值,满足使用要求。

Abstract:

This paper presents the static structural analysis of boom type tower crane using ANSYS. The FEM model of crane was established in ANSYS, the loads determined according to the specified calculation condition and relevant design specifications were applied on the FEM model. In the analysis of strength and stiffness of the crane, it is concluded that the operating stress of most members of crane is less than the allowable stress of the material, and the static stiffness of the crane and its members is also less than the allowable value, so the static strength and stiffness of crane is satisfied the requirements.
