摘要:

针对数字孪生与雷达天线阵面装配调控需求,开展雷达天线阵面数字化测量场构建、天线阵面数字孪生模型构建、机电耦合机理及算法实现、天线阵面变形仿真与电性能仿真预测等研究,搭建测量数据库和数字孪生模型库,开发基于数字孪生的天线阵面装配调控系统。在雷达天线阵面装配调控过程中,实现天线阵面精度测量、变形仿真与电性能仿真可视化、天线阵面变形精度以及电性能指标调控策略,达到对天线阵面装配精度进行全方位的测量、跟踪、分析、预测和控制的目的。

Abstract:

For digital twin front assembly with radar antenna control demand, carry out radar antenna array to build the digital measurement fields, antenna array digital twin model building, mechanical and electrical coupling mechanism and algorithm implementation and simulation of deformation of antenna array surface and electric performance simulation prediction research, structures, measuring twin model database and digital library, the development is based on the number of twin assembly control system of antenna array, In the process of radar antenna array assembly regulation, the antenna array accuracy measurement, deformation simulation and electrical performance simulation visualization, antenna array deformation accuracy and electrical performance index regulation strategy are realized, and the antenna array assembly accuracy is fully measured,tracked, analyzed, predicted and controlled.
