根据高频感应钎焊工艺要求,并针对待焊管路件的特点,设计了一种感应钎焊设备。主要对该设备的总体结构进行设计,主要包括工装夹具的设计,气动部分的结构设计,凸轮分割器、电机及气缸的选型计算。整合工装与加热系统,实现对管路件的自动化焊接。工装夹具采用快速夹钳与三关节扶正装置相结合的方式。气动部分主要利用气缸和浮动接头实现感应器的往复运动。
Abstract:According to the requirements of high frequency induction brazing process, and the characteristics of the pipe pieces which will be welded, an induction brazing equipment is designed. This paper focuses on the overall structure design of the equipment, which mainly includes the design of work fixture, the structural design of pneumatic parts, selection calculation of cam fragmentation mechanism, speed motor and cylinder. Work fixture system and heating system are integrated, so as to realize the automatic welding of the pipe pieces. The work fixture uses the method of combining quick clamp with three-joint centralizer device. Pneumatic part mainly uses cylinder and float joint to achieve the reciprocating movement of the sensor.
