摘要：
对转速测量原理进行了研究,设计出一种由MCS-51单片机为主体的转速测量系统。设计出转速信号采集及调理电路,并使用单片机汇编语言编写信号处理程序。
Abstract：Researched the theory of rotational speed measurement,designed for the Rotational Speed Measurement system based on MCS-51.single chip microcomputer.Designed for circuits of rotational speed regulating and collection.using single chip microcomputer single chip microcomputer assembly language to program rotate speed signal disposal program.
