中心孔定位在曲轴加工工艺中的分析与选择

在曲轴加工工艺中,定位基准存在着几何中心和质量中心的选择。在曲轴毛坯精度较低时,按几何中心孔形成的几何轴线明显偏离质量轴线,离心力大,动平衡较大,需要反复去重,选择质量中心孔定位是最佳的,但质量定心设备费用昂贵。对精铸、精锻的毛坯,因质量较好、精度较高,选择几何中心孔定位却是最佳的。因此,在曲轴加工过程中,对中心孔定位的选择需要兼顾毛坯质量、批量大小、设备状况等因素综合考虑。

Abstract:

In crankshaft machining processes,locate the base there is a geometric center and the center of mass.Low accuracy in the crankshaft,according to the geometric centre of the hole of quality axis deviates significantly,dynamic no-balancing centrifugal force is very large,need to try again,choose quality center hole location is the best,but quality centering device is high cost.On the casting,forging high accuracy because the quality is good,with higher accuracy,select the location of the geometric centre of the hole is the best.Therefore,in crankshaft machining process,on the center hole location choices need to semifinished materials quality,volume size,equipment status,and other factors into consideration.
