目前,基于臂载的个性化逃生救援机械产品尚无研究和开发。首先根据复杂多样的实际情况,确定出臂载式多功能机械手臂应具备的功能和实现该功能所需的机构和装置;然后对总体结构和主要零部件进行二维设计和三维建模;最终综合考虑各方面因素,设计出集绳索式仿生机械抓手优点的臂载式多功能机械手臂。该臂载式多功能机械手臂可用于地震和火灾等突发性灾难中的自救、求救或救援工作。
Abstract:Currently,research of arm-based personalized escape machinery for rescue and escape haven't been done yet.Design of the arm-loaded multi-function mechanical arm contains the following steps: Firstly,base on the complex and various situations,to determine the necessary functions of the mechanical arm and to design the machinery which can achieve the required functions;Secondly,the overall structure and main component sofa two-dimensional design and three-dimensional modeling;Finally,considering of various factors,the arm-loaded multi-function mechanical arm is combined with a rope-style mechanical hand.This arm-loaded multi-function mechanical arm can solve self-help and rescue work of the earthquakes,fires and other unexpected disasters.
