可倾瓦轴承有其独特的优点,在高速度、大功率机械中的应用越来越广泛。介绍了利用SolidWorks提供的开发语言接口,通过VB语言编程,设计了一套可倾瓦推力轴承的开发软件,以实现轴承设计的全自动化。同时,使用手动编写代码与宏录制代码相结合的方法进行操作,使程序设计人员可以在不同地方使用不同方法,从而更加灵活、方便地设计程序。
Abstract:Tilting pad bearings have their own unique advantages and are being used more and more widely in high-speed and high-power machines. This paper described a development software of tilting pad thrust bearing designed with the use of VB programming software and the development language interface provided by Solid Works, in order to achieve full automation of bearing design. At the same time, by combining the method of manual code and the macro recorder to operate, it can be more flexible and more convenient to design the process for programmers when using different methods in different places.
