随着我国经济的快速发展,汽车越来越多的进入普通家庭,使得我国城市停车难问题日益加剧。机械式立体车库可充分利用土地资源,发挥空间优势,最大限度地停放车辆,成为解决城市静态交通问题的重要途径。叙述了较为典型的机械式三层升降横移式立体停车设备的工作原理和设计方法,并对立体车库的主要部分进行结构设计。根据车库施工现场场地限制与车库设计要求确定主体框架和各层载车板的结构形式与总体尺寸;重点设计了横移传动系统、升降传动系统以及安全防坠落装置的结构。
Abstract:With the development of the economy in our country, more and more cars are entering the common families, which aggravate the parking problems. Mechanical system can use land resource sufficiently and bring space advantage into play, and maximize the number of parking cars. It has become an important way for static traffic problem of cities. The working principle, the design method of a lift-sliding mechanical parking system and the structural design of the main parts are presented in the paper. According to the garage's actual site constraints and design requirements, the structure's form and the size of main framework were determined. The main transmission system and sliding transmission's structures of garage were determined and the transmission chains were chosen. At the same time, the sliding transmission system, lift drive system and preventing downfall braking device were designed.
