工况变化对0.5谐次角振动相位的影响

摘要:

运用西南交通大学研制的内燃机曲轴扭振计算与分析软件TVCA(Torsional Vibration Calculation&Analysis)以L6159柴油机为研究对象,通过仿真研究,推导出单缸停缸变工况时曲轴自由端0.5谐次角振动相位角变化规律的公式,为故障诊断提供依据。

Abstract:

This paper set up simulated plans which are closer to actual situation,taking certain L6159 diesel engine as the object for research and making use of the software for torsional vibration calculation &analysis(TVCA)developed by South-west Jiaotong University.At the basis of simulated data,this paper draw the law of the change of phase of 0.5 order angular vibration when the work condition(mean effective pressure Pe,rotating velocity n) of I.C.E varies.The law can provide the basis for fault diagnosis of the cylinder.
