运用轮齿啮合频率的变化率幅值评定行星减速器各基本构件偏心误差导致的啮合频率的变动情况,推导了各齿轮偏心误差和轮齿啮合频率的变化率幅值之间的关系式,其结果可用于进一步研究行星齿轮减速器动特性或对测量振动波形的分析。
Abstract:This paper presents the evaluating methord for the variability of tooth frequency caused by eccentric error of basic member according to the variation amplitude of tooth frequency,and inferences the relations between the eccentric error of gear and the variation amplitde of tooth frequencye is dirived. The expression can be used for further research of the dynamic peculiarity and the oscillogram of oscillation of planetery gear drives.
