针对目前职业院校机电一体化实训教学设备集成固化、无法拆装、灵活性与扩展性差、功能单一以及成本高等问题,采用模块化设计思想,设计了一种自动化生产线实训教学设备。该设备主要有瓶底-物料供应结构模块、搬运结构模块、瓶盖预装结构模块、成品分拣结构模块等几部分组成,每个模块可以灵活拆装进行独立的实训教学,也可以组合成多功能流水线进行实训教学。研究表明设计的实训教学设备结构轻巧、经济环保,能够为师生提供一种满足社会发展的教学实训平台。
Abstract:Aiming at the problems of mechanical-electrical integration practical teaching equipment in Vocational colleges, such as integration and solidification, inability to disassemble and assemble, poor flexibility and expansibility, single function and high cost etc, a practical teaching equipment for automatic production line is designed with modular design idea. The equipment is mainly composed of bottle and materials supply structure module, handling structure module, bottle cap pre-loading structure module and finished product sorting structure module. Each module can be flexibly disassembled and assembled for independent practical teaching, and can also be combined into a multi-functional pipeline for practical teaching. The research shows that the designed training teaching equipment is light in structure, economical and environmental protection, and can provide a teaching and training platform for teachers and students to meet the needs of social development.
