针对当前我国停车难问题,设计了一种侧方无避让式多连杆双层立体车库,该装置除了可满足正常的停车位外,在原有的侧方车位基础上利用丝杠传动以及多连杆装置来实现二层停车。本车库主要结构包括牵引升降机构、轨迹控制机构、载车板的水平控制机构和辅助停车装置。其包含的多连杆机构采用四杆机构及其组合的设计原理,实现了无避让。其运动轨迹近似圆弧状,增加了空间的使用效率。对车库的结构、原理、运动特点及其控制原理做了分析。该车库具有运行平稳,安全可靠、快速高效、节省成本以及节约空间等优点。
Abstract:In order to solve the problems of parking difficulty in China at present, this paper introduces a design of side multi-link non-avoidance type double-decker stereo garage. In addition to satisfying the normal parking space, this device realizes two-level parking by using screw drive and multi-link device on the basis of the original side parking space. The main structure of the garage includes traction lifting mechanism, track control mechanism, horizontal control mechanism of load plate and auxiliary parking device. This stereo garage includes multi-link mechanism which uses the design principles of four-bar mechanism and its combination, to achieve no avoidance. Its motion trajectory is similar to the arc shape, increase the efficiency of space use. This paper analyzes the structure, principle, movement characteristic and control principle of the garage. The garage has the advantages of smooth operation, safe and reliable, fast and efficient, cost saving and space saving.
