新型直线电机驱动的擦窗机样机的设计

摘要:

根据直线电机的工作原理、结构特点及其响应速度快、精度高、推力平稳、噪声低、效率高等优点,提出新型直线电机驱动的玻璃擦窗机样机的设计方案,并根据实际情况对实验用样机的整机结构、工作原理、主要零部件的设计特点及实验时安装调试时的注意问题作了简要的介绍,这是首次将直线电机应用在擦窗机上,构思新颖,属机电一体化新技术应用基础研究,为直线电机的工业应用开辟了新的市场。

Abstract:

According to the working principle of linear motors,structural characteristics and fast response,high accuracy,stable thrust,low noise,high efficiency advantages,this paper proposes the design scheme of the new window-cleaning machine prototype driver by a linear motor and introduces the entire structure of the experimental model,working principle and design features of the main components briefly with the actual situation.This is the first time that it makes the linear motor applied to the window-cleaning machine,it is skillfully composed and belongs to the applied foundation research of mechatronics new technology in order to open up new markets for linear motors in industrial applications.
