三通接箍是工业管道中的上常用结构,用来在主管道上接出分支。研究的三通接箍为采油地面设备使用,由于现场发现接箍位置经常发生管道破漏的情况,希望通过力学计算分析,找出原因,并改进设计。所采用的具体方法是:通过CATIA软件建立结构的三维模型,通过ABAQUS软件计算结构承受内压时的应力分布。通过这些有限元分析,计算结构的应力集中部位。结果发现,在三通接箍处,应力集中非常明显,应力载荷很高。通过进行改进设计和重新计算分析,对应力集中部位导棱角、导圆角、增加堆焊层三种修改措施,提出了增加三通接箍承载能力的新方案。
Abstract:Three ways hoop is often used structure in the industry pipe system,which is used to pick out the branch in charge of trail.The three ways hoop researched here is used in above grand petroleum equipment.Because it was frequently found leakage of three ways hoop,we hope by mechanical calculation and analysis,to identify the causes and improve the design.The method used here was as follow: 3 dimension model is built in software CATIA.The stress distribution when bearing internal pressure is calculated in software ABAQUS.Through these calculations,the location of stress concentration is founded.It was found that the stress at hoop location was very high.Modification on design and re-analysis was done.Comparing the three modified design scheme: chamfer,edge fillet,and build-up welding on the stress concentration location,we got a new design to decrease the maximum stress.
