在电站管路系统中,弯头是改变管路方向的管件。弯头有多种成型方式,提出了一种新型的弯头制造工艺——隧道式成型。选取电站中常见的三种规格弯头,分别采用隧道式成型与推制成型后,通过对其性能进行分析研究,得出通过隧道式成型工艺制作的弯头性能能够达到或优于推制成型弯头的结论。制造厂和客户可以根据实际情况酌情选择不同的弯头成型工艺。
Abstract:In the pipeline system in power plant, Elbow is the pipe fitting to change the pipeline direction. There are many ways to produce the elbow, tunnel type molding as a new way of producing elbow is described in this paper. For the three kinds of general dimension elbow in power plant which are manufactured by tunnel type molding and pushing molding process especially, analyzing the mechanical performance of the elbows, bring out the opinion that fitting performance by tunnel type molding process can reach or exceed the pushing molding elbow, Manufacturers and customers can flexibly chose different process according to the actual situation.
