针对ZB45硬盒包装机原有小包透明美容装置对烟包烫贴美容过程中存在烟包小透皱折、烟支粘连和黄斑烟等质量问题，设计了一套烟包六面美容装置。该装置在原有小包透明美容装置基础上，新增了烟包左右侧面与前后端面的平烫工位。通过设计烟包输送通道主传动系统和烙铁开合运动传动机构，并对六面美容烙铁温度场进行仿真分析，实现了主轴、齿轮、槽轮、带轮和皮带等与YB55的动力联动。该烟包六面美容装置与包装机生产速度同步，在不额外占用机台面积的情况下保证了生产效率。测试结果表明：相比ZB45原有美容装置，使用该六面美容装置后，烟包皱折数量减少89.84%，烟支粘连缺陷烟降为0支，黄斑烟支数量减少87.50%，有效提升了烟包透明外观及烟支质量。

Aiming at the quality problems such as wrinkles on the inner transparent film of cigarette packs, cigarette stick adhesion and yellow spots on cigarettes during the hot-pressing beautification process of cigarette packs caused by the existing small pack transparent beautification device of ZB45 hard box packaging machine, a set of six-side cigarette pack beautification device is designed. Based on the existing small pack transparent beauty device, this new device adds the flat hot-pressing stations for the left and right sides and the front and rear of the cigarette packs. Through the design of the main drive system of the cigarette pack conveyor and the opening-and-closing motion transmission mechanism of the irons, and the simulation analysis of the temperature field of the six-side beautification iron, the power of the main shaft, gears, slot wheels, pulleys and belts are linked with YB55. The six-sided beautification device of cigarette packs is synchronized with the production speed of the packaging machine without occupying additional machine area, thereby ensuring the production efficiency. The test results show that compared with the existing beautification device of ZB45, the six-side beautification device reduces the number of wrinkles on the transparent film of cigarette packs by 89.84%, eiminates cigarette stick adhesion defects, and reduces the number of cigarette packs with yellow spots by 87.50%, thereby effectively improving the transparent appearance and the quality of cigarette packs.
