一体化垂直起升井架和底座的研制

摘要:

针对现有井架、底座的起升方式,介绍了一种结构简单、易于操作的一体化垂直起升井架、底座。井架、底座均为模块化设计,采用液压绞车提供动力进行起升,结构紧凑、占地面积小,适宜井场尺寸受限的山区、丘陵地带及人口稠密地区等复杂场地。

Abstract:

Response to the present erection forms of mast and substructure, one integrated vertically erection mast and substructure is introduced, which of the structure is simple, and the operation is easy. The mast and substructure is designed modularly, hydraulic winch provides power. The structure is compact and floor area of drilling rig is saved. The integrated vertically erection system is suitable for size limitation mountainous district、hilly country and densely populated areas such as complex areas.
