齿轮副在平面机构分析中的探讨

摘要:

齿轮副在平面机构的结构分析中通常被看作平面高副,引人一个约束,这与一些实际情况不符。从齿轮副的两种不同接触情况探讨了齿轮副实际所带入的约束数。提出采用按锁合方式和按中心距的相对位置情况两种方法来具体判断齿轮副所引入的约束数。通过在牛头刨床运动机构、平板印刷机主运动机构和行星齿轮-连杆运动机构的应用和分析可知,该种判断方法可以有效的解决带齿轮副的平面机构自由度计算及齿轮副的高副低代问题。

Abstract:

Gear pair in the structural analysis of planar mechanisms are usually seen as high pair, the introduction of 1 constraint, which is inconsistent with some of the actual situation. From the two different contact situations of gear pair, the actual constraint number of gear pair was discussed. The two methods of the locked way and the strain situation of the relative position center were given to judge the actual constraint number of gear pair. Through the application examples, we can see that the method can effectively solve the problems of the degree of freedom caculation and replacement of high pair with low pair with the gear pair.
