螺旋输送器用于物料输送过程的设计在常规设计资料中较为常见,但它应用于奶牛饲喂装置时,从设计角度讲有许多特殊性,螺旋输送器的主要尺寸参数及动力参数设计的是否合理将直接影响到物料的计量精度。对双螺旋给料机构中粗、细给料装置的作用进行了研究,分析了影响给料时间和给料量的主要因素,并通过分析螺旋粗、细给料机构中给料时间、给料量之间的关系,最终找出粗、细给料机构中的有关结构参数的选择与计算方法。

The design of material transportation process for screw conveyor in the routine design is quite common.But when applying it to the the Fodder feeds device for cow,it manifested lots of specificities in the terms of design.The design of main size will influence directly the measuring accuracy of automatic measuring scale.The thesis researched the application of the glancing and accurate screw conveyor,analysised the major factor for the times and the weight.By means of analysing the relation between the times and weight,find out the way that selects the structuring parameter and calculate the structuring parameter.
