模具的标准化是模具工业与模具技术发展的重要标志。在利用CAD软件进行模具设计过程中,如能构建一套模具标准件库,则可大大降低模具设计时的工作量和重复性的设计计算和绘图工作,提高模具设计效率。介绍了以Inventor软件为平台,以VB6.0和Excel为开发工具,利用Inventor软件提供的参数化建模技术来构建模具标准件库的过程和方法,并给出了部分关键程序的代码。设计人员只需调用该标准件库,就实现模具标准件的快速、准确、自动绘制。
Abstract:Standardization of the model is an important symbol of the model industries and the development of the model technology. In the use of CAD software for mold design process, workload and repetitive design calculations and drawings can be greatly reduced and can improve the efficiency of design if able to build a set of mold standard parts library. This paper introduces the Inventor software as a platform and use VB6.0 and Excel as the tools of development,and use parametric modeling techniques provides by Inventor software to build processes and methods of the standard parts library, and some key processes code are given. Designers simply call the standard parts library, they can achieve the fast, accurate and automatic drawing of the mold standard parts.
