首先针对重型卧车卡爪出现局部裂纹的原因进行了分析;然后通过Inventor软件对卡爪进行三维建模,并运用其仿真功能对其进行工作状态的受力分析;最后对各种设计方案进行优化类比及理论分析,提出一种最优的卡爪设计结构并应用于实践。
Abstract:The reasons of the clamping crack in heavy-duty horizontal lathe are analyzed first in the paper; then the three-dimensional model of the clamping is created base on Inventor software, load analys are created by the Inventor software. At last, the optimization of the clamping which were applied in practice is proposed by analogy and theory analysis.
