为了防止阀门外漏,通常在阀杆与阀盖间采用填料密封。根据填料函的密封原理,简述了阀门填料函尺寸的选取原则,同时介绍了阀门填料函的理论计算方法,具体包括填料压紧力的计算方法及阀杆与填料间摩擦力的计算方法,并给出了有关计算公式和软质填料的相关计算数据。
Abstract：In order to prevent the valve leakage, usually using packing seal between the valve stem and valve cover. According to the sealing principle of stuffing box, the selection of the valve stuffing size was described, and the theoretical calculation methods of the valve stuffing box was briefly introduced, specifically including packing pressing force calculation method and calculation method of the friction between stem and packing, and the relevant formulas and soft packing correlation calculation data was given in this paper.
