多功能家用面条机的设计

摘要:

针对传统手工制作面食存在的劳动强度大、工序复杂、效率低、不卫生等缺陷,运用齿轮传动、偏心轴上设置间隙调节机构及相关的机械原理,设计了多功能家用面条机,该面条机具有结构紧凑、体积小、造型新颖、操作简单、维修方便、光洁卫生、可流动作业等特点,能压制形状整齐、厚薄匀称的宽窄面条、饺子皮、包子皮及馄饨等多种面食,是现代家庭的好帮手。实践证明,使用该面条机大大减轻了工人的劳动强度,生产效率提高了4~6倍,产品具有很大的市场前景。

Abstract:

Aim at the labor strength that traditional handicraft creation food big,work preface complicacy,low and dirty etc.in efficiency blemish.Use of the wheel gear spreads to move and lack of impartiality the stalk ascends to establish the cleft regulates organization and related machine principles,make sure to the design project of the multi-function and household-use noodles machine.This noodle machine has some good characteristics,such as compact structure、small volume 、novel modeling、 easy to operate and maintenance、 clean and health,and it even can be mobile operations.The noodle machine can make noodles with neat shape and uniform thickness.It also can make dumpling wrapper,dough and wonton skin.It is a good helper to modern family.Practice has proved that using this noodle machine can greatly reduce the labor intensity and improve the production efficiency by four to six times.
