基于预紧力-扭矩修正公式的螺栓装配方法与连接均一性研究

摘要:

鉴于螺栓预紧力控制的复杂性和重要性,本研究致力于优化扭矩-预紧力公式,以提升螺栓预紧中扭矩控制的精度和稳定性。通过系统研究螺纹几何参数、摩擦系数、螺栓加工质量等因素对扭矩-预紧力关系的影响,为公式修正奠定理论基础。在此基础上,引入考虑个体差异的修正系数x,建立适用于不同螺栓和螺母的预紧力-扭矩修正公式。通过实际拧紧试验验证,该修正公式展现出高度的准确性和稳定性。基于预紧力-扭矩修正公式,提出一种间接式预紧力控制方法,该方法显著提升了装配质量的均一性,提升幅度超过50%,最高近80%,对不锈钢螺栓的拧紧质量改善尤其显著。此外,研究发现仅对螺纹接触面进行MoS2润滑也可在一定程度上提高装配质量的均一性。

Abstract:

Given the complexity and importance of preload control, this study is devoted to optimizing the torque-preload equation to improve control accuracy and stability. The study thoroughly analyzes the influence of thread geometry parameters, friction coefficient, bolt processing quality and other factors on the torque-preload force relationship, reveals the relevant mechanism and change rule, and lays a theoretical foundation for the formula correction. On this basis, a correction coefficient x, which takes into account individual differences, is introduced to establish a preload-torque correction formula applicable to different bolts and nuts. The correction formula has a high degree of accuracy and stability as verified by actual tightening tests. Based on the correction formula, an indirect preload control method is proposed, which significantly improves the homogeneity of assembly quality by more than 50% and up to nearly 80%, and especially improves the tightening quality of stainless steel bolts significantly. It is also found that only by the MoS2 lubrication of the thread contact surfaces can the homogeneity of the assembly quality be improved to a certain extent.
