曲柄滑块机构教学装置的设计与制作

摘要:

根据曲柄滑块工作原理,设计并制作了曲柄滑块机构教学装置,该装置能通过实物演示,帮助学生理解工作原理并提高设计能力。该装置设计主要包括总体结构设计、主要零件设计及计算、装置制作三部分。总体结构设计由曲柄滑块部分、固定支承二部分组成。分析了各部分结构和功能,给出了总装示意图和实物图。在主要零件设计及计算部分,主要分析了设计原理和方法,对其中滑块等一些主要零件进行了具体设计和计算,给出了零件图和设计计算示意图。装置制作部分包括了滑块等零件的加工工艺。该装置结构简单,操作方便,适合各类中职、高职学校教学和职工培训时作教具用。

Abstract:

According to the working principle of the crank slider, we designed and made the crank-slider mechanism teaching device, which can help students understand the working principle and improve the design ability through physical demonstration. The design of the device mainly includes three parts: overall structural design, main part design and calculation, and device production. The overall structural design consists of a crank slider part and a fixed support part. The structure and function of each part are analyzed, and the schematic diagram and physical diagram of the assembly are given. In the design and calculation part, the design principle and method are mainly analyzed. Some main parts such as the sliders are designed and calculated, and the parts drawing and design calculation diagram are given. The device manufacturing section includes a machining process of parts such as sliders. The device has a simple structure and convenient operation and is suitable for teaching in various middle and higher vocational schools and staff training.
