应用材料力学的方法对机械结构进行分析、计算,对于减少齿轮传动的体积和重量有一定的理论依据。根据传统的厚壁圆筒模型,计算出高速列车小齿轮和传动轴传递载荷的最小有效过盈量和极限过盈量,采用有限元软件对驱动轮轴系进行仿真,结果表明小齿轮最大等效应力出现在啮合齿齿根处,这与实际失效情况和理论计算结果一致。最后,基于可靠性理论,对驱动轮轴系结构进行优化,采用有限元仿真的方法证明优化后的结构能够在避免小齿轮齿根断裂的同时满足强度要求。
Abstract:The material mechanics method is important for structure analysis, for reducing the volume and weight of the driving parts in gear transmission. Based on the thick cylinder model, the minimum and limiting magnitude of interference values were both calculated. the minimum and limiting magnitude of interference values were both calculated. The gear transmission system was analyzed by finite element method. The simulation results show that the effective stress on the engaged tooth root is maximum, which consists with the actual case and the calculation result. The structure of gear transmission system was optimized based on the reliability design method. The optimized structure was also analyzed by finite element method. It is proved that the optimized structure avoids the tooth root fracture and meets the strength requirement.
