电梯层门是电梯中一种防坠落和剪切的保护装置,门锁安全电路对保障电梯运行的安全性非常重要。常见的电梯门锁安全电路中,门锁继电器在多种情况下都可能产生误动作,存在事故隐患。该门锁安全电路采用冗余设计,用PLC控制方式控制门锁电路,通过软件判断门锁安全电路是否正常,当出现非正常情况时,让电梯中止正常运行,转入检修运行状态,从而消除事故隐患,提高电梯运行的安全性,防止因门锁回路故障、操作人员疏忽大意而引起的事故。

Elevator door is a protection device of falling and shearing.The door lock circuits with software are very important for the elevator.The common door lock circuits with software could make mistakes because of the elevator door electric relay's erroneous.Based on discussion on several common elevator door lock circuits with software,this paper points out some hidden peril of the accident in such circuits,and designs a circuit using PLC.It assess the situation of lock circuit with software.When the circuits are in abnormal state,it can return to overhaul state automatically.So it can remove all doubts,improve the security of elevator,and avoid accident as far as possible.
