基于PLC的模块化九宫格立体车库设计

摘要:

为了解决城市停车难的严重问题,提出了一种基于PLC的模块化九宫格立体车库。该装置包括总体机械结构、驱动及传动系统,三菱PLC控制系统,人机交互界面及安全及防护装置等。总体机械结构以钢结构为基础,主要由一个模块化的停车位为单位,然后通过单个模块化停车位拼装组成可拆卸的车库。这种立体车库以PLC控制为基础,设计存取车方案,通过模块化的存车或取车子软件程序和硬件设备组成九宫格立体车库的控制系统。该车库可以在原来9个车位占地面积上同时容纳28辆汽车,可以有效解决城市停车难现象。

Abstract:

In order to solve the serious problem of urban parking, a modular nine-grid stereo garage based on PLC is proposed. The equipment includes the overall mechanical structure, drive and transmission system,Mitsubishi PLC control system, man-machine interface and safety and protection devices, etc.. This kind of stereo garage is based on steel structure, mainly composed of a modular parking space as a unit, and assembled by several single modular parking spaces to form a detachable garage. The vehicle access scheme of the stereo garage is designed on the basis of PLC control, and the control system of the nine-grid stereo garage is formed by the modular vehicle access software program and hardware equipment. The garage has a capacity of 28 vehicles at the same time in 9 parking spaces, which can effectively solve the problem of urban parking.
