为了适应页岩气开发的地理环境和钻井特点,研制开发了一种平移系统。该平移系统采用模块化设计,并可集成在钻机底座基座中,方便运输。该系统采用液压控制,操作简单方便;采用双排滚轮链条组结构,降低对地比压,操作安全;液压站、液压操作箱均悬挂于底座基座外侧,随钻机一起平移,节约时间。使用该平移系统能够实现钻机主体在井场当中不分解拆卸并且满立根的状态下移动到需要的井位,降低钻机搬家及安装时间,提高整体钻井效率,适用于丛式井开发。
Abstract:In order to adapt to the geographical environment and drilling characteristics of shale gas development, a translational system has been developed. The translational system adopts modular design, and it can be integrated into the base of the substructure to make the transportation convenient. The system adopts hydraulic control, the operation is simple and convenient; the double row roller chain case of group structure to reduce the pressure to the ground and operate safety; HPU and hydraulic control box can be hung on the outside of the base, translation with the rig, it saves time. Using the translation system can realize the main drilling not disassemble and full drill pipe stands under the condition of moving to the desired location, reduce the drilling rig moving and installation time, improve the overall drilling efficiency, it suitable for the development of cluster wells.
