对某型号的菲鲁瓦高压煤浆泵在运行期间出现泵体振动大、出口压力大、流量波动大、出口管线晃动等问题进行了分析,并结合现场实际工况,将菲鲁瓦泵的出口二级缓冲器装置技改为一级缓冲装置,增大缓冲器的容积,提高缓冲效果。同时对泵出口管线支撑进行技改,提高了出口管线支撑的支撑性能。从而有效解决了泵的振动等故障问题,提高了泵的运行负荷,保障了化工系统的高负荷和连续稳定运行。
Abstract:This paper analyzes the problems of a certain type of Feluwa high-pressure coal slurry pump during operation, such as large pump body vibration, large outlet pressure, large flow fluctuations, and outlet pipeline sloshing, and according to the actual working conditions, the technology of the secondary export buffer device is changed to the primary buffer device, which increases the volume of the buffer and improves the buffer effect.At the same time, the pump outlet pipeline support is technically modified to improve and strengthen the support performance of the outlet pipeline support, which effectively solves the problem of pump vibration and other faults, increases the pump's operating load, and ensures the high load and continuous and stable operation of the chemical system.
