设备管理是企业管理的一个重要领域,加强设备管理对于保证企业生产顺利进行,提高企业的生产效率有着十分重大的意义。针对化工企业设备管理的特点,分析了化工设备管理的各项内容的设计及其实现,利用Visual Basic语言开发出了适合化工企业的化工设备三维可视化管理系统。该系统实现了设备的基本管理、台帐管理、状态管理、变动管理、备品备件管理、安全管理、系统管理及三维建模等内容,通过这些模块功能可方便的进行设备各类统计及相应的报表。该系统给企业的设备管理提供了一个更直观的操作方式,在设备管理可视化的方向上进行了一定的探索。

Equipment management is an important field of enterprise management,it its very significant to strengthen equipment management in order to guarantee enterprise smoothly carrying on and enhance the enterprise’s productive efficiency.Aiming at the equipment management characteristic of chemical plant,the 3D visual chemical equipment management system is developed with Visual Basic programmed by analyzing its function module design and implementation.The system management module include basis information、accounting、state、alteration、spare part、safety and 3D modeling of equipment,by which the statistic and report forms of equipment can be obtained easily.The system provide a more intuitionistic operating mode for enterprise equipment management which takes some explorations in the way of equipment management visualization.
