装载机工作装置的结构和性能对整机的尺寸、生产效率、生产成本及市场竞争力等存在显著影响。以缩短设计周期、提高设计精度、及时发现并修改设计不足之处、最终获得满意方案为目的,针对装载机在结构受力最大、最危险工况作业前提下进行有限元分析,找出潜在设计问题,提出改进方案,提高装载机的整机性能。与先制定设计方案、再采用理论力学的方法计算其在最危险工况各杆件受力的传统机械设计相比,能够有效地分析机构运动过程中的运动特征和规律。
Abstract:The structure and performance of the loader's working device exist significant effect of the whole size, productivity, cost of production and market competitiveness. To shorten the working device design cycle, improve design accuracy, to detect and modify the design of existing deficiencies, to obtain a satisfactory solution for the purpose. The premise of the loader's analysis in this article is the structure of the force is the largest, the most dangerous working conditions, finite element analysis, to identify potential design problems, Put forward improvement program, improve the overall performance of the loader. Campared with making plan first, then uses the theory of mechanics computation compared to the most dangerous conditions of each bar by the force of the traditional mechanical design, can effectively analyze motion characteristics and laws of motion in the process.
