大型铸锻件行业及热处理领域技术发展

摘要:

介绍了国内外大型铸锻件行业及热处理领域的现状和发展趋势,分析了国内与国外同行业间存在的差距。在此基础上对国内大型铸锻件热处理领域的发展提出建议:积极开展热处理工艺及参数基础研究工作,注重热处理工艺及实施过程的精准化控制,提高热处理质量;注重热处理共性技术及基础研究、热处理组织与应力数值模拟分析、信息化及智能化在热处理领域的应用等;促进大型铸锻件材料研究和热处理技术的发展。

Abstract:

The status quo and development trend of large-scale casting and forging industry and heat treatment field at home and abroad are introduced, and the gap between domestic and foreign industries is analyzed. On this basis, the following suggestions are made for the development of domestic large-scale casting and forging heat treatment: tightly grasp the heat treatment process research work, pay attention to heat treatment lean production, pay attention to heat treatment quality; pay attention to heat treatment common technology and basic research, carry out heat treatment organization and stress numerical simulation analysis, strengthen technical exchanges in the industry; pay attention to the application of information technology and intelligent heat treatment technology; focus on industry and heat treatment field operation and process technology standardization research, and promote the scientific research results of new high-end large-scale casting and forging materials can be converted into standards in time.
