用于复杂结构氧化铝陶瓷零件三维尺寸检测的弹性工装夹具研制

摘要:

采用复合式三坐标测量仪测量尺寸时需要合理的工装夹具固定被测零件。研制了一种用于某复杂结构氧化铝陶瓷零件尺寸测量的弹性夹具工装,不存在氧化铝陶瓷零件与金属的直接接触,避免了金属磨损引起的陶瓷表面污染。测量时,以该弹性工装夹具为建立测量基准坐标系,避免了重复建立基准坐标系的过程,采用该夹具工装固定也有利于陶瓷零件的快速更换,从而提高了测量效率。

Abstract:

A fixture is needed to fix the sample in the measurement of dimensions using the composite three coordinate measuring machine. This paper designed an elastic fixture to fix the alumina-ceramic part. The alumina-ceramic part doesn't contact directly with the metal when the elastic fixture is applied, so the contamination due to the abrasion of the metal can be avoided. During the measurement, the coordinate system can be built according to the elastic fixture to accurately localize the alumina-ceramic part, and the repetition of building the coordinate system is not needed. Changing the samples becomes more easy when the elastic fixture is used, increasing the efficiency in the measurement of dimensions of the complex alumina-ceramic part.
