通用桥式起重机技术成熟、优点突出。但按照传统设计的桥式起重机整机高度大,在一些特殊场合无法安装使用。通过改造桥式起重机的小车结构,可以降低整机高度,增强桥式起重机应用的广泛性。介绍了几种改造方案,并在实际生产中得到应用。
Abstract:Overhead traveling cranes have many advantages and mature technology. But according to traditional design method, they are usually very high, so they can not be installation in some place. Modernization about the running cars can reduce the height of the overhead traveling cranes, and make them more common. The paper introduce some program of modernization, that have been used in actual production.
