钢铁行业中轧钢生产线上的工作轧辊磨损或变形后需要重新打磨或加工,就需要有一种工具来对磨损或变形以及加工好的工作轧辊进行吊装和搬移。50 t轧辊吊钳就是为了钢铁行业工作轧辊的吊装和搬移而设计的工具,额定载荷50 t,吊装和搬移工作轧辊范围为Ф630～850 mm,可以吊单根或同时吊两根工作轧辊,操作方式是无线遥控器控制。
Abstract：There are some work rollers in steel rolling product line of steel industry for lifting and moving when they are wearing down or deformation,so we need a tool to lift and move the work roller.50T roller lifting machine is a toll for lifting and moving work roller in the thesis,which is mainly used to lift and move the work roller for steel industry,its specified loading is 50 tones,its working rang is from Ф630mm to Ф850mm of work roller,it can lift and move one work roller one time,it can life and move two work rollers simultaneously too,it is controlled by the wireless remote controller.
