在论述了全自动扑克机的组成和工作原理之后,提出了扑克机可实现的功能、工作程序和控制过程。采用Pro/E三维建模,提出了扑克机的机箱和用于牌盒底板升降的螺旋传动机构、洗牌及发牌的摩擦轮传动装置的方案,设计了翻牌机构和发牌转盘机构。论文所提出的扑克机设计方案经济合理、切实可行,能够实现自动洗牌、发牌的功能,填补了国内市场的空白。

The realizable function,working program and control process of the Playing Card machine were presented after illustrating the composing and working principle of the Full Automatic Playing Card machine.Using creating 3D model with the software of Pro/ENGINEER,trunk of playing card machine,a power screw for linear motion of card box t,he frictional Wheel transmission-system for shuffling and distributing playing cards,mechanism for overturning playing card and a distributing turntable were designed.This project is economical,reasonable and feasible.It can achieve the function of shuffling and distributing playing cards,which fills up the blankness in the domestic market.
