主要讨论了大跨距滑板的结构问题。由于滑板的运动直接影响着被加工零件的表面粗糙度和形状误差,所以大跨距滑板的变形问题尤为重要,为了使滑板结构简单、紧凑以及变形量小,对滑板结构进行了分析和讨论,采用软件ANSYS对滑板模型进行有限元静态分析,获得模型在载荷作用下结构的应力应变值和结构的其它一些参数,从而为滑板结构优化设计提供依据。通过对结构进行优化设计,实现滑板即合理又经济的目的。
Abstract:This article mainly discuss the problem about structure of large-span cross skateboard. As the skateboard movement directly affects surface roughness and form error of the parts,The deformation of large span skateboard is particularly important issues. In order to skateboard simple and compact structure and the deformation is small,this paper analyzes and discusses the skateboard structure.We load the model for finite element analysis of static through analysis software ANSYS. We can get the data about strain and stress in the loading model. we can find basis for structural optimization. With the optimized structure design,it is not only reasonable and also economy.
