异步电机SVPWM直接转矩控制系统改进研究

摘要:

为有效减小传统异步电动机直接控制系统中存在的转矩波动和磁链脉动,在分析异步电动机在α-β坐标系下的数学模型以及空间电压脉宽调制(SVPWM)技术的基础上,对传统的异步电动机直接转矩控制系统进行了改进,提出了新型异步电动机SVPWM直接转矩控制系统。该系统中,根据转矩和定子磁链的差值,通过最优矢量控制表来确定SVPWM控制信号,从而实现对异步电动机的控制。该系统的转矩和磁链在采样时能够得到补偿,从而能够降低异步电动机中的转矩波动和磁链脉动。通过基于Matlab/Simulink的控制系统仿真以及电机实时控制试验,表明该系统可以达到降低异步电动机转矩脉动和磁链脉动的要求。

Abstract:

To decrease the problems of flux ripple and torque ripple in the conventional direct torque control(DTC),a novel direct torque control system based on SVPWM(space vector pulse width modulation) for asynchronous motor was scheme presented.The new system was established on the analysis of the stator field oriented mathematical model of asynchronous motor in α-β coordinates system,as well as the space voltage pulse width modulation(SVPWM) technology,and improved the traditional induction motor direct torque control system.In this system,based on the difference between the actual torque with theoretical torque and the actual stator flux with theoretical flux,the SVPWM control signal was determined by the optimal vector control table to control the asynchronous motors.Due to the torque and flux can be compensated at the sampling,the torque ripple and flux ripple in the asynchronous motor was reduced in the system.Finally the control system model was simulated by Matlab/Simulink.Simulations and experiment results show that the system can effectively decrease the torque ripple and flux ripple.
