摘要:

宝钢股份不锈钢事业部炼钢厂2#修磨机为德国引进,其副修磨部分是对板坯侧面进行修磨,改善表面质量,有利于后面热轧的板型控制。副修磨液压系统靠位移闭环和压力闭环来准确控制磨头的位移和与板坯表面的张力,其控制机理复杂,导致液压系统一旦发生故障很难及时排除。针对其液压系统常发故障可能产生的原因进行了详细的分析,根据其故障机理建立了故障树,并利用故障树分析法查找出故障原因,同时对系统加以改进以便于以后的故障排除工作,实践证明该方法在故障诊断中十分实用有效。

Abstract:

The 2# stainless steel slab grinder of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd Stainless Steel Business Unit was introduced from German; its auxiliary grinding part is in charge of the grinding work on the slab flank,improve the surface quality,which helps the template control of the hot-rolling latter. Auxiliary grinding hydraulic system uses displacement closed loop and force closed loop to control the grinder's displacement and tension with the slab's surface,its control principle is complicated,it's very difficult to eliminate faults on time when the hydraulic system breaks down. Fault tree analysis was adopted in the faults analysis of auxiliary grinding hydraulic servo system of stainless steel slab grinder in this paper,according to the fault principle,built up the fault tree and found the malfunction reasons,at the meanwhile improved the system in order to facilitate faults diagnosis latter; the practice proves that this method is very convenient and effective in the fault diagnosis.
