利用蓄电池和幅条电动机组合,实现由原来普通的手动控制到现在的手动、电动控制的双重功能,并利用自制的手柄和辅助装置实现轮椅的控制和转向等功能。驱动部分采用有刷幅条电机的后轮驱动。幅条电机传动具有转矩大、噪音低、效率高、耗电少、寿命长、绿色环保等优点,克服了链传动噪声大、冲击大、传动不平稳等缺点,且外观新颖,改装后便于轮椅折叠;控制部分采用采用平等四边形连杆机构,结构简单,并实现了大角度的转向控制和两轮同步运动,同时增加轮椅在行进中的稳定性,而且起到防倒的功能,遇上下坡也能自主掌控,安全性高;制动部分采用特制的涨刹机构,达到前后手柄都可以制动,安全性高。同时研制出按摩坐垫、方便用的马桶、遮阳用的万向可调节伞架、吃饭看书用的桌架、靠背调节机构以及专门为此轮椅设计的集照明和转向用的一体灯。

Using the accumulator cell and the strip electric motor combination,it is realized from the original ordinary hand control to present manual,the electric control dual function,and using the self-made handle and the auxiliary uniti,t is realized controls and changes and so on functions.The drive part uses rear wheel drive of the strip electric motor with brushes.The strip electric motor transmission has many merits such as big torque,low noise,high efficiency,few electricity consumesl,ong life,and green environmental protection and so on,and it overcame many shortcomings such as big chain drive noise,big attacks,unsteady transmission and so on..It’s outward appearance is novel and after the re-equipping it is convenient for the wheelchair to fold;The control section uses the equal quadrangle link motion gear.The structure is simple,and it has realized the wide angle steering control and two round synchronized movements.Simultaneously the wheelchair's stability is increased in marching forward and it is used to defend against upside down.Moreover it is able to control independently when meeting the downhill.The braking part adopts mechanism of made-to-order going up to stop to reach braking by the front and back handle and the security is high.At the same time,we develop out the massage cushion,the convenient rack,an adjusting umbrella of back buffer pool with the rack universal for sunshade,the eating and reading table,back buffer pool mechanism and an integral whole light that collection illumination and vergence that the wheel chair designs specially for this purpose.
