针对目前装置的复杂程度以及减少开发成本的考虑,综合运用UgNX1.0的有关模块,可以对机构进行运动仿真。通过仿真可以检查机构的合理性,即验证是否存在干涉,动态稳定性等指标,从而对设计工作进行指导和帮助;也可以对设计装置提前给客户进行的仿真演示。本文主要介绍利用宏命令方法实现三维装配件多幅动画图片自动生成的方法,并通过实例来具体说明,得出运用宏命令的方法可以大大提高了工作效率,对于动画图片的生成具有重要意义。
Abstract:Complexity of device and reduction on development cost are considered,mechanism can be simulated through applying for some model of UgNX1.0.Rationality of mechanism can be checked inculding interference and dynamics stability etc through simulation.It benefits for design.Design device can be demonstrated for clients ahead.The method of auto generating on multi action pictures of three-demension components through applying for Macro is introdued mainly in the paper.Macro is introduced through example.The method can improve work efficiency.It has important signification for generating of action pictures.
