基于有限元法的车轮弯曲疲劳试验研究

摘要:

利用SolidWorks设计软件对51/2J×15型车轮建立三维几何模型,然后将其导入到SolidWorks软件的Simulation仿真模块中进行有限元分析。根据车轮弯曲疲劳试验要求设置约束边界条件,求解计算车轮在螺栓预紧力、试验弯矩等作用下的结果分布云图,直观地查看车轮在特定载荷条件下危险点处的应力、应变等的变化情况,并在此基础上进行弯曲疲劳试验,结果表明,车轮弯曲试验的有限元分析能较好的描述车轮的应力水平,也为车轮的进一步研究提供设计依据。

Abstract:

Building a three-dimensional geometrical model of 51/2J×15 wheel by SolidWorks,and then introduce the model into SolidWorks Simulation for finite element analysis.We set constraint boundary conditions based on the bending fatigue test requirements,then get results of distribution under the bending moment and force of preloaded bolts,finally check the stress and strain of dangerous point in specific loading conditions intuitively and do bending fatigue test on the basis of the results.The results show that the dynamic finite element analysis of wheels bending tests can better describe the stress of the wheel,and also provide design basis for further research.
