机电一体化技术的现状及发展趋势

摘要:

机电一体化技术是由微电子技术、计算机技术、信息技术、机械技术及其它技术相融合构成的一门独立的交叉学科。机电一体化结合光学、通信技术、微细加工技术形成光机电一体化和微机电一体化的新分支。机电一体化产品迅猛发展,几乎遍及所有制造业领域。机电一体化技术在数控技术、工业机器人、计算机集成制造系统方面都取得了一定的成果。随着科学技术的发展,国内外机电一体化将朝着绿色化、智能化、网络化、微型化、模块化方向发展,各种技术相互融合的趋势也将越来越明显。以机械技术、微电子技术的有机结合为主体的机电一体化技术是机械工业发展的必然趋势,机电一体化技术的发展前景也将越来越广阔。

Abstract:

The mechatronics is the independent intercrossing subject of micro-electronic technology,computer technology,information technology,mechanical technology and other technologies.Combined with optical,communications technology and micro-processing technology,optical mechatronics and micro-electronic mechatronics as the new branch of mechatronics are formed.Mechatronics products get the rapid development and across almost all manufacturing areas.For numerical control technology,industrial robot and computer integrated manufacturing system,certain achievements have achieved mechatronics in mechatronics.With the development of science and technology,the development directions of mechatronics are green,intelligence,networking,and modularization at home and abroad,and mutual integration of various technology trends will also increase obviously.The organic integration of mechanical technology and micro-electronic technology as the main body of mechatronics will be the inevitable development trend of mechanical industry,and will have the more broad development prospects.
