介绍了小模数精密齿轮传动误差分析方法 ,总结出减小整体传动误差的措施 ,并通过实验对该方法进行验证 ,分析结果和实验结果吻合良好。本方法使设计人员可以对产品进行预先检验 ,以判断是否满足传动误差的设计要求
Abstract:In the paper,the analysis procedure of transmission error for precise gearing with smaller module is presented and some mesures of ruducing the transmission error are proposed In order to verify the validity of this procedure,the experiment investigation is finished The caculating results is almost in line with the test results So a designer may predict the quality for his products by means of this method to ensure the smaller transmission error
