基于UG的液力变矩器三维建模与虚拟装配

摘要:

液力变矩器是自动档汽车中的重要部件之一。将UG软件中"自顶向下"和"自底向上"两种装配建模方法混合使用来完成液力变矩器等复杂产品的零件模型和装配模型,不仅缩短了产品设计和制造周期,而且为改进结构和提高质量提供了方便。

Abstract:

The torque converter is one of important parts in automatic transmission.Completes the torque converter’s and so on the complex products’ components model and the assembly model in UG,though two assemblies modeling methods which are ‘top-down’ and ‘bottom up’ in alternately,not only reduced the product design cycle and the manufacture cycle,moreover and improved the quality for the improvement structure to provide has been convenient.
